Morrow Gilchrist Associates (MGA) is an independent and progressive provider of business, economic and public policy advisory services. Stephanie Morrow and James Gilchrist who collectively have 25 years experience - working at senior levels in three of the ‘Big 4’ professional services firms, are the two founding partners. MGA operates from the Innovation Centre at the NI Science Park.
Our work aims to support clients – in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors - to develop and deliver sustainable economic and social development. We do this by offering insightful and practical advisory services, to inform strategic decision making and investment approval decisions, offering the best prospects for success and value-for-money. Our services include:-
- Business Planning and Feasibility Studies
- Demand Assessment and Stakeholder Consultation
- Bidding for Sources of Funding and Investment
- Economic Appraisals and Evaluations (in accordance with the Green Book)
- Strategy and Policy Development
- Economic and Social Impact Assessment
By purpose and design the MGA business model is centered on senior-level expertise, personally delivered by the two founding partners. MGA also has a small network of trusted associates bringing a “full service offering” of complementary and specialist skills in areas such as economic forecasting; spatial planning; marketing; environmental impact; design; cost consultancy, and engineering technical advisory.
We deliver ‘results orientated’ advisory services. Our role does not end with the production of a report. Rather we recognise that clients often need practical, ‘hands on’ support and insightful guidance to achieve the desired project outcome alongside a report or other deliverable.
In all of our work we deliver to our principles and values of independence; integrity; quality; rigour and collaboration.
